Vacation Day 2

The second day of vacation started out cool and cloudy and only became rainy after that. Yuck! We had high hopes that on the 4th it would be sunny so we were keeping our fingers crossed for the next day and would accept the yucky weather on the 3rd.

Ashly, Aaron, Henry, Ryan, Emma, and I headed out to the emporium in search of a new Okoboji t-shirt for H. I have to get him one that will fit fall-spring. Afterwards we went to Braco and had lunch and then headed back to the cottage just in time for a nap!

That evening it started to rain, and rain, and rain. So much so that the electricity went out. No worries though, we had plenty of candles and plenty of wine and beer to pass the time.
